Police in the Indian city of Mumbai have come up with a brilliant plan to monitor terrorist activities online – install keystroke loggers at the 500+ cybercafes in the city. These loggers will then send each and every keystroke to a central government server for the cops to, ahem, try to track terrorists. No, this is not satire.
